SHIPPING POLICY
You will be sent email confirmation when your order is received and it will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days or as stated. Handmade products are sometimes made to order and you will be notified via email of any significant dispatch delay. Should you require a product sooner, please email us prior to placing your order and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. Delivery will usually be in 3 to 5 working days from dispatch, but items will more often arrive within 3 to 5 days of order being placed.
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Second Class post or courier. Postage costs are calculated per item. If you wish to order one of our larger items requiring courier delivery please contact us with the delivery address and we will find the best possible option for you. We do not ship outside of the UK.
Every care will be taken in packaging your purchase, but if you find it damaged on delivery please email us via the ‘contact us’ page within 3 days stating the nature of the defect. We may request a photo of the damaged item and if appropriate we will arrange a refund or replacement. Items lost in the post will be dealt with in accordance with the Royal Mail lost items process.
RETURN POLICY
We hope you are completely happy with your Cozy Hovel purchase. If you wish to return an item please email us via the ‘contact us’ page within 3 working days. The item must be returned in an unused resaleable condition & packaged appropriately to prevent damage in the post. You are responsible for postage costs. Please obtain proof of postage when returning the item.The returned item can be exchanged, or a refund issued through Paypal. We cannot be held responsible if items are lost or damaged whilst being returned.
PAYMENT METHOD
Cozy Hovel accepts payment by PayPal. Credit and debit card payments are also accepted via PayPal. Payments can be made by clicking on the PayPal link at checkout and follow the link to Debit or Credit card payments.
FORCE MAJEURE
We aim to describe our products accurately, but please understand that sometimes colours may vary in digital form. Handmade items are individual and may vary slightly. All product sizes quoted are approximate. Cozy Hovel reserves the right to alter pricing at any time.
Cozy Hovel does not sell toys, therefore all items are unsuitable for children. Tea light and candle holders should be used with care they may become hot and should not be left unattended.
Cozy Hovel has no liability for any failure to deliver goods or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control. By ordering a product from Cozy Hovel you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at anytime.
